We have set a deadline of Monday October 22. Please print the Nov17-182007.pdf for, complete it and return it to the USS folder, Jodi, or Larry Rocheleau by the end of practice on that date. Payment required at the time your form is submitted.

Late entries will not be accepted.

Entries without payments will not be submitted.

Our next USS signup will be published later this month and will be due in early November.
